Pigeon Poles
Jimmy has been using Pigeon poles since the mid 1980's.The pigeon pole is the best way to control the entire situation while teaching your dog to point and hold birds. When planting pigeon's by hand, you leave human scent and a trail to the bird. With pigeon poles, the bird simply plants itself. When the bird flies it will "wind wash" its self of human scent, therefore, making scenting conditions more realistic.
The pigeon pole is great for teaching a dog to be steady to wing and shot. A Pigeon Pole set includes two poles, two stakes, line and the pigeon leads. Pigeons not included.
